All artwork prices are in USD and are non-negotiable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before the artwork is delivered or released to the buyer.
2. Sales Transactions:
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the artwork upon receipt and reporting any damages within 3 days of delivery. All photos of alleged damage during shipping/delivery must be emailed to thewaterlilydesigns@gmail.com for consideration of full refund or replacement.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
Free Shipping within the US.
International shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the total purchase price. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.
The seller is not responsible for delays or damage during shipping.
4. Copyright and Reproduction:
The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the sold artwork.
Buyers may not reproduce, distribute, or sell purchased artwork for commercial purposes without the written consent of the artist.
5. Communication:
All communication regarding artwork sales should be conducted through email at  thewaterlilydesigns@gmail.com
6. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the sales process will be kept confidential and used only for transaction purposes.
7. Sales Tax:
Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to the total purchase price based on the buyer's location.
International buyers are responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by their respective countries.
8. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
